Discount policy:

All discounts apply to the tour prices, not including hotel, hostel and cabin rates. All discounts refer to rides longer than 2 days. You can not add more than 2 discounts. Discounts do not apply for the Chile - Argentina ride and special trail rides.

We would like to say thank you if you make planning our schedules easier, therefore we give a discount on early bookings: reserve your ride 4 months or more in advance and get a 10% discount on the tour price .

You book with 6 weeks of anticipation a date we already offer : 10% discount.

You come as a group of at least 4 riders? Thanks for saving administration work, 10% small group discount.

You fill up a whole tour on your own? 15% discount for groups of 8.

You have been riding with us before and come again? We honour your consistency (patronage) with a 10% discount.

Who can participate
Everyone who is healthy and fulfils the specifications shown in the tour descriptions can participate.
If you've got medical concerns let us know well before departure.
The tour leader has the right to disqualify anyone, at any time during the tour if he feels the tour member is physically incapable and/or if the continued participation will be detrimental to the individual involved or to the group. Refunds are not given under such circumstances.

Reservation
The reservation has to be made by writing, card, fax or e-mail, and is validated for both sides by our confirmation.
To make a booking definite you should be holding a 20% non-refundable deposit. The rest of the total amount shall paid 30 days prior to your trip.

Medical
Because of the fact that Hospital facilities for serious problems are often unavailable and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive, it is that we assume no liability regarding provision of medical care at any time during the trip.

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of the confirmed booking entails loss of the down payment which is 20% of the total trip cost. Thereafter the following applies:
30 - 7 days 50% of total fare
7 - 0 days 80% of total fare
Of course you have the right to pass your place to another adequate person.
In this case we charge no additional fees.
Whenever possible we accept changes of dates up to 30 days before the program starts under the following conditions:
Transferring within the season at a transfer fee of 50,-€, Transferring to the following season at a fee of 100,-€
We recommend you to take a travel insurance to safeguard against cancellation and curtailment.

Minimum of participants
The tours can only take place with a minimum of participants.
In case of fewer participants we have the right to cancel a tour up to 7 days before departure.
In such a case you will be given full refund of the amounts paid by you. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses.

Insurance and medical care:
You must accept full responsibility for insurance up to limits which you may deem necessary. This insurance must cover personal accidents; we recommend insurance covering emergency air transportation on the 5, 6 and 7 day horse trails and all white water activities. When obtaining travel insurance, you should ensure the insurer of the type of travel to be undertaken. Because of the fact that Hospital facilities for serious problems are often unavailable and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive, it is that we assume no liability regarding provision of medical care at any time during the trip.

On the tour
As on every outdoor activity we are dependant on the weather.
Reasonable changes may be made in the itinerary due to weather conditions and water levels ( Kayaking ) or if judged to be in the best interest and well being of all participants;
If there are conditions that make it impossible for us to guarantee the safe ongoing of the tour we may in any moment cancel or end the tour. In this case we refund a %, in case of complete canceling a 100%.
